Crack gold is incredible. I have tried many pre workouts and I’ve come to the conclusion that dark labs products are the only safe bet. I’m tired of wasting money on inferior products.

This stuff lives up to the name. This product will have you tweakin all day if you take a full scoop or more im stuck at a half a scoop, after I took a full scoop I was bouncing off the walls for several hours then almost puked. You won’t feel a tingly sensation but it will grab you and won’t let go till it’s out of your system. 5 star product but be careful.

This pre-workout provided an intense and motivational energy. In other words, I tried little less than half-a-scoop to get me going on the jog, sprints, push-ups, sit-ups, and a lightweight routine. It was awesomea dn lighter. Anyways, one more detail, do not take this workout right after eating a snack and/or heavy meal. Oh, by the way, I recommend to drink a lot of water before and after taking this pre-workout. All right, I hope this helps you.
