                Great sleep, tracked on my watch

                I stack this with 5mg melatonin gummies to really pass out, I track it on my watch and my sleep is super consistent. I definitely dream because see my heart rate stay consistent then all of a sudden rise for like 30 minutes then come back down and stay constant till i wake up. It’s nice because I don’t wake up at all so my REM does not get interrupted. After 2 weeks of monitoring and comparing my sleep to before I took it. I most definitely notice a difference. I’ve been able to sleep less 4.5-6 hrs and I feel great the whole day because the quality was so good. Definitely worth a try.

                Good but not great

                This sleep aid is very hit or miss for me. Some nights I sleep all the way through and others I wake up after a few hours and am not always able to get right to sleep. I usually do take a little more than a scoop and 5.5 grams has been a good dosage for me. Anything over that is when I find myself waking up more through the night
