Directions for use:
Take one serving (10 grams) of the supplement about 15-20 minutes before training. Inside the packet, you will find a unique spoon, which will allow you to measure out the serving conveniently. If you are a beginner, we recommend taking half a dose (5 grams). This will enable you to get used to taking the supplement gradually. After increasing the tolerance, the manufacturer recommends taking the standard dose.
