                This pre workout worked a lot like smack !! The feel goods and tingles kick in about 25 to 30 minutes .. After that it’s game on.. You will definitely get a good sweat when taking this pre .. It lasts for at least 4 hours.. The feeling coming down off it is not a crash but a long lasting good feeling.. I will definitely keep it in arsenal of pre workouts ….
